As being an international center for social and human research and studies located in Britain, are pleased to communicate with you about making a successful scientific partnership, and this is part of our work since we are new to the establishment, and through these partnerships we seek to carry out various academic activities (seminars, forums, study days, exchange publishing Between our various academic journals).
We strongly believe that science has no boundaries, and communication with various academic institutions promotes development in research, especially in the field of social and human sciences.
As being the president of the center, I wanted to give you an overview of the objectives and the way the center operates in a simple summary that we seek to develop in the coming days for a true partnership between the two academic institutions.
The Centre is:
As a private corporate body with a profit nature, The International Centre for Social and Human Research and Studies (ICSHRS) is concerned with academic activities, such as holding international scientific conferences, seminars, and forums in its field (political science, law, sociology, economics, history, interfaith dialogue, psychology). As well as conducting language-training courses especially in English and other international languages. The headquarters of the centre is located in the capital, London.
The centre’s approach based on presenting analyses and studies of an academic nature in order to provide solutions to various social issues and problems, based on the participation of different actors in scientific demonstrations by presenting their opinions freely and democratically, each in his field, with the aim of providing a scientific and pragmatic addition.
Goals & Objectives:
The centre aims to achieve a set of objectives:
- Providing services to international researchers at reasonable costs to achieve mutual benefits between the researchers and the Centre.
- Enlightening the international public opinion on various humanitarian and social issues and phenomena.
- Facilitating the process of linking researchers with different international-regional-national institutions.
- Provide an academic conception of the phenomena in a transparent manner and without subjectivity.
- Publishing different research in the scientific journals of the centre, as well as its website, to facilitate access to information for researchers in their field.
- Giving a new scientific view in dealing with different phenomena by bringing the perceptions and views of researchers and the other actors.
Languages:
The centre’s activities and dealings will depend on three languages in order to expand the target segments in all parts of the world, namely:
1- English.
2- Arabic.
3- Turkish.
4- Spanish
5- Italian
Vision:
The center focuses in its orientations on impartiality, not entering and drifting behind the employment of science in favor of politics, or a political or religious current, and working to make the academic vision of phenomena prevail in the field of practical research without any background whatsoever, and the center works to achieve this vision through scientific activities such as Forums, training courses, symposia, specialized symposia, collective books, publication in scientific journals.
Affiliation
The Center is not affiliated with any political party or political or religious current and operates within financial independence, without any guidance, and promotes the values of human rights, especially freedom of expression and opinion and the exchange of opinions effectively, and continuously to provide a scientific addition, and the opinions in the articles or reports do not reflect the Center’s orientation, Rather, it expresses the directions and ideas of its owners, and publishes various opinions, believing in the opinion and the other opinion, and that the opposite of the truth is another truth and not a mistake.
Financing:
The center relies for its income on funding sources, which are:
- Subscriptions of researchers in training courses and scientific forums.
- Sales of scientific works of books and magazines issued by the center.
- Monthly contributions for researchers in the various services provided by the center.
- Supporting various financiers and partners of economic institutions.

التعريف بالمركز
فيما يتمثل هذا المركز:
يعنى المركز الدولي للأبحاث والدراسات الاجتماعية والإنسانية كهيئة معنوية خاصة بالأمور الأكاديمية، كالقيام بالمؤتمرات والندوات والملتقيات العلمية الدولية في مجال تخصصه (العلوم السياسية والعلاقات الدولية، علم القانون، علم الاجتماع، علم النفس، علم الاقتصاد، علم التاريخ، حوار الأديان، آداب، اللسانيات، علوم شرعية، علم جغرافيا، علوم الإعلام والاتصال، علوم الرياضة، علم الآثار، أنثروبولوجيا، اللغات)، وكذا القيام بدورات تدريبية تقنية متخصصة، وكذا القيام بدورات تكثيفية في اللغات الأجنبية، ومقره بالعاصمة البريطانية لندن.
يعتمد المركز في منهجه على تقديم تحليلات ودراسات ذات طابع أكاديمي، في محاولة لتقديم حلول لظواهر اجتماعية وإنسانية، انطلاقا من مشاركة مختلف الفواعل في التظاهرات العلمية، وهذا بتقديم آرائهم وتصوراتهم البحثية الأكاديمية بكل حرية وديمقراطية كل في ميدان تخصصه، وهذا من أجل تقديم إضافة علمية وعملية اتجاه الظواهر المدروسة.
أهداف المركز:
يهدف المركز إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف:
توفير خدمات للباحثين الدوليين بتكاليف معقولة تسمح لهم بالولوج للعالم الأكاديمي الدولي بأسهل الطرق الممكنة وفي أريحية تامة، في مناخ علمي يسمح بالإبداع الأكاديمي.
تنوير الرأي العام الدولي حول مختلف القضايا، والظواهر المعاشة داخل بيئة النظام الدولي.
تسهيل عملية الربط بين الباحثين ومختلف المؤسسات الدولية-الإقليمية-الوطنية.
تقديم تصور أكاديمي للظواهر المراد دراستها بكل شفافية، وبعيد عن الذاتية.
نشر مختلف البحوث في مجلات علمية تابعة للمركز وكذا موقعها الالكتروني لتسهيل عملية الوصول للمعلومة للباحثين في ميدان اختصاصهم.
تقديم نظرة علمية جديدة لمعالجة الظواهر المختلفة عبر تقريب تصورات ووجهات النظر للباحثين وبقية الفاعلين والمقررين.
تقديم مخرجات الأعمال العلمية المختلفة لصناع القرار، عبر قنواتهم الرسمية مثل السفارات ومراسلة المؤسسات الرسمية المعنية بمخرجات الأعمال.
الرؤية:
يركز المركز في توجهاته على الحيادية، وعدم الدخول والانجراف وراء توظيف العلم لصالح السياسة، أو تيار سياسي أو ديني، والعمل على جعل الرؤية الاكاديمية للظواهر هي السائدة في ميدان البحث العملي دون أي خلفية كانت، ويعمل المركز على تحقيق هذه الرؤية عن طريق فعاليات علمية مثل الملتقيات، والدورات التدريبية، الندوات، الندوات المتخصصة، الكتب الجماعية، النشر في مجلات العلمية.
الانتماء
لا ينتمي المركز لأي جهة سياسية أو تيار سياسي أو ديني ويعمل ضمن استقلالية مالية، دون أي توجيه، ويعزز قيم حقوق الانسان وبالأخص حرية التعبير والرأي وتبادل الآراء بشكل فعال، ومستمر لتقديم إضافة علمية، ولا تعبر الآراء الموجودة في المقالات أو التقارير عن توجه المركز، وإنما تعبر عن توجهات أصحابها وأفكارهم، وتنشر مختلف الأراء إيماناً منها بالرأي والرأي الاخر، وأن عكس الحقيقة هي حقيقة أخرى وليست خطأ.
لغة المركز:
المركز سيعتمد في تعاملاته على ثلاث لغات لتوسيع الشرائح المستهدفة في بقاع العالم وهي:
اللغة الإنجليزية.
اللغة العربية.
اللغة التركية.
اللغة الاسبانية.
اللغة الإيطالية.
اللغة الفرنسية.
التمويل:
يعتمد المركز في مداخيله على مصادر تمويل وهي:
اشتراكات الباحثين في الدورات التدريبية والملتقيات العلمية.
مبيعات الأعمال العلمية من كتب ومجلات التي يصدرها المركز.
الاشتراكات الشهرية للباحثين في مختلف الخدمات المقدمة من طرف المركز.
دعم مختلف الممولين والشركاء من المؤسسات الاقتصادية
